I originally reserved a garden view room. I got upgraded to a room with both sea and pool views, it was super awesome. the service is amazing. The staff members are attentive and always available. the food tasted very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed every single meal. the breakfast options are also amazing with plenty of variety.
I noticed the coffee and tea weren't always replenished in my room, it felt slightly inconvenient. bottled water was available only for a fee. It struck me as a bit unusual for a hotel of this caliber. still, it was such a tiny thing compared to how awesome everything else was.

The hotel is within walking distance of the beach. It makes spontaneous trips to the sea very easy. the surrounding area has many bars and nightclubs. There are plenty of options for evening entertainment. the hotel faces directly to the beach

The staff are really kind and helpful. They offered assistance readily. the breakfast cook, javier oscar, seemed genuinely passionate about their work. the housekeeping staff kept the rooms neat. It was a detail that contributed to a comfortable stay.

The hotel features a big pool with many sunbeds. I never struggled to find a spot. the gym is surprisingly well-equipped. It helped maintain my workout routine. the rooftop bar provides beautiful sunset views, i really enjoyed it.

The breakfast had a big menu. This place felt really classy. I did experience one minor issue in the breakfast room, a manager was there. This manager began yelling at me, claiming I sat in a place I needed to pay for. I smiled politely and said that if I needed to pay, I would pay. I suggested that screaming in front of everyone was not a good idea.
They did not replenish the coffee capsules or water bottles. The hotel also did not allow flip-flops in the restaurant. These rules could have been communicated better.

I was very thankful for the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent pool area. It had plenty of sunbeds. The waiters were very nice. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. Food preparation was of a high standard.
I noticed that the gym equipment was limited. It lacked machines and weights only went up to 14 kg. The cable machine also needed sticks.

The breakfast buffet offers great variety and really good choices. One can find anything they could wish for. Dinner menus changed nightly and gave me joy in discovering new dishes. I found it exceeded my expectations. Drinks tasted amazing.

The beach is only a short walk away and I enjoyed the proximity to the sea every day. The hotel provided easy bike rentals right from the reception. The area had many options for outside activities.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They sorted things out quickly. I received a warm welcome at reception and enjoyed the welcome drink. The bar staff was amazing. I appreciated their fast service.

Our room had a his and hers setup, nice. It had good space and felt very comfortable. The shower was huge, and the room was cleaned every day. I thought the hotel kept everything in good working order.

The hotel offered a huge pool with plenty of sunbeds for all guests. The spa was a big plus. All guests can use it. I enjoyed the sauna, steam room, pool, and heated seats. They provided great relaxation.
